"I've been a patient for just about 10 years now, and have appreciated all that Dr. Illes has done for me. Ilene is also great, along with my old hygienist. All of them are worth a five star review. The office seems to have taken on a lot of new staff recently, and my last visit felt like taking my car in to a dealership for service, where it seemed they were doing all they could to upcharge me for a regular visit, trying to sell me a mouth guard, flouride rinse, and even going so far as to try to convince me of the need to correct some of Dr. Illes' prior work. Not the atmosphere I had come to appreciate."

"I saw Dr. Miceli a week ago and had a great experience. She was patient, thorough, and made me feel very comfortable. She listened to my anxieties, created a treatment plan that made it feel easy to proceed with my care, and never made me feel like the amount of work that needed to be done was out of the ordinary. The staff was equally calm, patient and caring. The dental assistant was the absolute sweetest and most empathetic person I've encountered in a dental office. I really appreciated that during my visit, the front office verified my insurance and put together a treatment plan with insurance considered so I knew exactly what the total treatment plan would cost and what my contributions would be. I'm not necessarily looking forward to having cavities filled in the coming weeks, but I feel confident that I'm in good hands! Highly recommend the practice to others looking for excellent care."
