"I’ve been with Dr for about 8-9 years. I noticed he needed to have patience but never said anything about it. Today I took my kids to Dr Pak. When he tried to do the Procedure with my child. I’ve seen she was very panicked with injection. But after a while of him trying to put the injection he told me to get out off room,I just got out because I thought he might make her comfortable, but instead he made her more scared and pinched her on her arm telling her to sit on the chair. Because he was not able to make her sit on the chair he threw the injection at her. She got hurt and never wants to go back anymore. After seeing all this I really don’t want to take my kids there too. Because he really needs to learn how to be patient with kids obviously he’s the one who chosen to be a Pidriatric Dr. I really did not liked how he behaved:("

"The office was very clean staff was nice enough. I did not like that they took my young children in by their selves. My girls at the time was 6 and 7 so that didn't sit well with me. Also why is it that I can't reach them by phone at all. It's been over 2 months since I was told I would receive a call to schedule my children's route canal. I've called and when I was able to reach someone a month and a half ago I was told to wait for someone to call me back. Very frustrating."

"I've been using this office for the last 15 years consistently every 6 months with my 3 children. I love Dr. Pak. Especially when he was personally seeing his patients. Most of his interns, were also amazing and very patient a few years ago. Some very strange office staffing change happened about 4 years ago and since then the practice has been down hill. I've encountered some of the most rudest desk staff ever. Im not sure of the heavyset Hispanic womans name, that I believe at one point was acting as the active manager, but she was so mean, nasty and dismissive. I even called their alternate office to file a complaint. Previously he would never employ these type of people. Maybe some type of merger occurred? If that is the case patients should have been notified. Reminder post cards used to be sent every 5 months faithfully with a scheduled appointment and that doesn't even happen anymore. I've been calling for a week to schedule an appointment and there regular 732-906 number isn't working, neither is this google number. I try to stay loyal due to my children's familiarity with practice. It sad to say it may be time for us a family to move on. I really want to love this practice again. Once upon a time it was delightful, child friendly, hospitable, attentive, family oriented and a very comforting environment. Now its hostile, non communicable, and very rushed, and unreliable. I hope they can get it together. I used to be so impressed by the makeshift apartment, turned into a loving practice. Now I somewhat dread every encounter. Dr Pak please take back control."

"I took both my children for cleaning and extraction of baby teeth. The service was excellent. My 13yr old son’s teeth were cleaned to perfection plaque removed and she gave him a much needed counseling on his dental hygiene. My daughter 7yrs old had some tears as expected but the technician again was very gentle with her and we had a successful visit. Both children are looking forward to a returning visit. My only problem is that I have been calling the number and I keep getting a recording that the number is not in service. I now have no other choice but to take a drive to the office because they are worth it."

"I came here for a few visits. My daughter was the age of 8/9. She was never afraid of the dentist. She went in to fill a few cavities and she cried the entire time. I’ve never heard her cry like that getting a cavity filled. I decided to not go back. Staff was super nice and helpful. I just didn’t want my child to have that sort of experience with the dentist."
