"My wife went to this location for a cleaning and xrays. Prior to visiting we were told this location accepted Guardian Dental insurance (we found this dentist through Guardians website and called the doctors office prior to the appointment.) When my wife arrived she gave the insurance card to the front desk prior to any work being completed. Hygienist Katrina was great and very pleasant. Upon completion of work my wife was billed $515 due at the time of completion. The doctor stated that Guardian is not in network and the amount needed to be paid now. My wife provided a credit card which was charged. We called Guardian which confirmed the address (not necessarily the doctor) is in network, not sure what that means. The doctor is sending a claim to Guardian which we hope Guardian will cover. This experience has left a bad taste in our mouth because the doctors office should have checked prior to services that our insurance is accepted, especially as a new patient."

"I have not been to the dentist in a few years and finally made an appointment a month in advance with Dr. Khanna. I have received numerous calls, texts, and emails to confirm my appointment, which I confirmed every time. I received a few calls to move up my appointment or come in earlier, which unfortunately I could not do due to my work schedule. The day of the appointment, 2 hours before I am scheduled to come in, I receive another phone call to come in earlier. I said okay, I would come in 30 minutes earlier. I was put on a brief hold and the woman on the phone came back and said "okay, we require a $100 deposit to keep the appointment." Not once, in the numerous calls, text, and emails was I told about a deposit to keep an appointment. I booked the appointment through Zoc Doc and there was no information on a deposit either. Obviously I canceled my appointment because that is ridiculous. I have a feeling they told me this so I would cancel my appointment and they would be able to go home early. To your reply: Neither Zocdoc nor your office told me of the $100 deposit to keep my appointment until 2 hours before my scheduled appointment, when they called me to come in earlier. I had received numerous calls to confirm my appointment and not once was I informed of this deposit. This also has nothing to do with canceling my appointment. The only reason why I canceled is because your office did not inform me of the deposit or else I would have never booked an appointment."

"Dr. Khanna is unquestionably one of the best dentists I have been to. He has an incredible bedside manner, explains everything thoroughly, and is truly a caring doctor. My veneer (done by another dentist) popped off of my tooth while I was eating. I quickly got in contact with Dr. Khanna and he saw me immediately. I was so incredibly nervous since my shaved/damaged tooth underneath the veneer was exposed. Dr. Khanna was not only able to repair it by reapplying it with the proper technique (which my previous dentist clearly did not do), but he also improved the color of my veneer, which was a bit on the grayish side. He made it match perfectly and my teeth look so much more uniform and brighter now. So happy I found Dr. Khanna."
