I called the shop and she was able to fit me in the same day, reassured me that the cut wasn’t horrible, and fixed it up in a way that I’m obsessed with! She repeatedly checked in with me to make sure I was liking the progress. I don’t think I’ve ever met such a kind hair stylist."
