"The lady that was doing my hair didn't speak a lick of English. Now, that wouldn't have been a problem if she had done my hair the way I had wanted it to be. I thought: "okay, since English isn't her strong suit, I'll show her a reference photo of what I want." I wanted a short haircut up to my shoulders, and visibly showed her where the cutoff was so she would not cut too short. I have glasses, so I had to unfortunately have them off the entire time while she was cutting my hair. Otherwise, I would have said something to prevent this. The final result, way too short, choppy cut, uneven, and honestly, not even close to the reference photo I showed to her. I almost wanted to cry seeing how badly this cut was after I had put my glasses back on. The haircuts are supposedly 35 dollars. Which I wouldn't have been too upset about. But she washed my hair and suddenly it goes up to 75 dollars. What a total ripoff in my honest opinion. All in all, do not allow these people to go anywhere near your hair, as your day will get ruined."
