"Bad customer service. Don’t bother booking an appointment they won’t honor the time. Had an appointment for a cut/blow dry for 3:30PM, arrived on time and was told to wait 20 minutes. Left and came back to the salon at 3:50PM and nobody was available. No one came to even ask what sort of cut I wanted while I waited. Sat and waited until 4:20PM. I waved to the person who checked me in and they tell me to go sit at the shampoo station. Sat and waited another 2 minutes and could see that they were not going to start on my hair any time soon as everyone was busy working on someone else. Ended up walking out. I get waiting 20/30 minutes but to wait nearly an hour when my hair cut and blow dry would have been half way done in that amount of time is ridiculous. Why book an appointment for that time if no one is available. Will not be booking appointments with this salon. Not to mention as I walked out no one apologized or tried to rebook me for another time. They did not care."
