"I stopped in on a Sunday because my regular salon was crowded and they weren't. I'd been a few times pre-pandemic, with no complaints, so I didn't think there would be a problem. 1st red flag...They make you pay before you receive any service. I paid the guy at the register $35 for what I thought was a wash, set, & blow only roots. Turns out, that was only for the wash & set even though I told him what I wanted & wrote it in the book. The young lady that did my hair argued with the guy (in Spanish) the whole time I was there because she felt he under charged me. She kept telling him she wasn't blowing my hair. After drying, she took my rollers out & walked away. I told her I wanted my roots blown out & the guy says I had to pay him an extra $10. I have fine shoulder length hair. I left and will not be back."
