Giuseppe took the time to investigate the issue and advised me to bring my Subaru to the dealership, because this repair was covered under warranty. My father in law brought his Honda CRV to a dealership for a noise while moving. The dealership diagnosed it as front wheel bearing (hub) and also charged him with a diagnostic fee. He then brought the car to Spaccavento Auto Service and after one road test, Giuseppe knew it was not the front, but the rear wheel bearing causing the noise. For the price the dealer charged for one front wheel bearing, Giuseppe had replaced BOTH rear wheel bearings!"

Spaccavento charged $64.93 just to look at the car, then gave an estimate for $700 saying the brakes and rotors needed replacing. I knew this was way too high to pay for brakes and rotors...even if it included the calipers (though there was no mention of replacing the calipers at all). I had my husband pick up the car from Spaccavento immediately, and we just took it to a trusted, local repair shop today. $247.89 later (including labor), we have brand new brakes and rotors. They looked at the calipers and determined they did not need replacing. I'm upset we had to pay almost $65 for Spaccavento to try to screw us over. We know now never to trust them again."
