"Please do not go here if you want your time being wasted. I got a cancellation due to being overbooked elsewhere and was frantically calling all salons to see if they could take me. I called Salon S and they told me they could take me for a haircut, blow dry, color and money pieces. When I got there and was speaking to Emma, she didn’t even know I was getting a haircut. I had sent her messages at 12:40 PM, of what my current hair color is and what I was going for just so she could see what it is I wanted is done. She didn’t see the photos until I arrived. Before even arriving I called at 2:30 PM and asked the woman to make sure she looks at her phone to view the photos, and she said she would as my appt was for 3 PM. Basically everything I wanted to do wasn’t possible. She could either do one thing or the other but not everything. She had no clients after me, and again she didn’t even know I was getting a haircut….. I don’t even think she entirely understood I just wanted something of a rust copper color and money pieces. My current hair right now has the previous tones of a balayage I got in March. Red, brown, blonde. All she needed to do was put a colored toner over it to make my tones pop out more and then lift my blonde money pieces I already have, and a cut, and a blow dry. Not a blow out, a blow DRY. Which is genuinely what I expressed when calling to MAKE this appointment. But instead I get there to only have to walk away. Like during the time of making the appointment to the appointment itself I could have found somewhere else to go. I called them out on why wasn’t this communicated. They looked surprised and astonished and just simply dumbfounded. Hardly apologetic, just more like awe like sorry, just don’t have the time. The salon was totally empty, she had no other clients after me, and WORSE OFF, I think one of the owners was present. It was a man who came into our conversation and was like what is it she wanted done? She told him I wanted highlights and exaggerated what it is I wanted done to probably save herself from getting in trouble, as if we didn’t just go over what it was that I wanted about FIVE TIMES. Because the inspiration picture had a darker root I even said like a color or toner would be fine to do just to make MY EXISTING COLORS POP IN THAT RUST FORM. Then additionally, LIFT my ALREADY BLONDE MONEY PIECES I HAVE, a HAIRCUT, and a literally simple blow dry. I’m sorry but when you walk in and the stylist says to you, you’re getting a haircut? And the woman on the phone says she would make sure she checks her phone before I arrive and HAS NOT. You no longer feel secure. If that was one of the owners apart of my conversation, I expect them to lose business not gain it. If I had someone evidently upset and having to walk out because they can’t do what they said they would, I would make sure that client is taken care of. This is how word of mouth spreads, I will be telling everyone and anyone to NOT go to this salon. This is NOT how you treat people, and NOT how you conduct business. Peoples time is valuable, the fact that there was NO ONE left in the salon and she simply couldn’t do what I was asking is insane lol. I am a seriously kind individual, and understanding, but this was just totally not okay. I will delightfully tell people to please not ever go here."

"Came in for a cut not totally sure how to explain the style I wanted but tried my best to visualize it with your fantastic hairstylist Nicole. Huge shout out to her for helping me communicate the style i wanted. She did an incredible job! Thanks a ton I look and feel great."
