"The only reason I’m giving one star is because of the accommodating that Rita had done..otherwise zero! I had gone after work for the first time for a gel manicure. I was in need of nail art for an event. I left so unhappy bc the art that I showed the nail tech was no where close to a resemblance. I had SO much to do with an upcoming event, so I figured, “Oh well!” Then my gel chipped that same day! I called to go back the next day; and Rita said she would fit me in. When I showed her the picture that I wanted—I WAS THEN CHARGED $10 additional, since it was more than the original art. NO CONSIDERATION AT ALL OF HAVING THE INCONVENIENCE OF COMING BACK!!! That $10 art pealed off in one day…Then nearly four days later the ENTIRE gel manicure is pealing off! So it lasted not even one week; after returning to Luxury Nails, twice in two days and nearly $50 ($70 with two tips) later. No, I will never be returning back!!"

"I went for a pedicure and had to return to the store because I forgot something, and had to enquire if they had seen the item. The lady at the front was very unprofessional and not helpful. The lady who sits next to her at the front, at the first nail tech station, started laughing and that was very rude and Disrespectful, her uniform is usually very dirty. They need to be more Professional and Respectful to All Customers. Find a place with a better attitude."
