"1 star for nice. Period. I was going to just have my hair washed & blow-dried, but then went ahead & said a little “blunt” trim (straight across) in back (to let my layers grow out). THIS is a basic cut from beauty school! Cut is uneven, and the blow-dry burnt my hair and scalp. I’m thinking that this hairdresser may not even have a NJ state license. Inexperience. Needs more training with several classes in cutting, blow-drying, the handling of a blow-dryer, AND knowledge in business on how to set prices. Really what SHOULD happen—is an inspection of the Cosmetology State Board to come in—to check and see IF every operator, and owner has a license."
