"I wish they had a Dominican hair dresser in this establishment that knows how to properly deal with textured hair. Nice individuals and respectful ppl that work there. The stylist I had was sweet and left my hair looking nice. However, the price they charge for a wash and set is ridiculous! I have medium length hair but to charge $70 is insane to me! I think I’m better off going back to my lady in the Bronx. Please do better and have someone that knows exactly how to deal with all kinds of hair textures! That’s why a certain of group of individuals are # 1 when it comes to doing and styling hair!"
"I cant believe these people consider themselves to be professionals I made an appointment for 2:30 and when I get there they tell me no one can assist me because they all have doctors appointment I only arrived 8mins past my original appointment time and all they can say is that they have to go home I don’t even know how this place is even still business with the poor quality of service they have for new clients. It’s really a shame how unprofessional they truly are!"

"I came here because of the good reviews and I am entirely disappointed. Wasted so much time today waiting to be seen for my appointment. Made one because it says online you have to make an appointment. Waited 50 minutes and found out my stylist took two people before me, one of whom was a walk-in. I don’t mind waiting a few minutes to be seen but I was never acknowledged and never offered another stylist to be seen sooner. Very unprofessional."
"I have been a client for seven years with the same hairstylist, Carlos, he has done as wonderful job every time I go to get my hair done. Love the staff and their service, excellent people, very friendly. My only thing I dislike is the parking, you need to pay for parking or park your car way up the block."
