"Ray cut and styled my hair into a longer bob (lob). It turned out great! I had very long hair and was apprehensive about cutting it off. We discussed the length and decided to go for a longer bob given my comfort zone and bone structure. I was pleasantly surprised. I've never seen my hair look so good. Ray is attentive to detail and a very sweet soul. He has a very warm and welcoming energy that allows you to relax while in his care. I highly recommend him!"

"my earring got ripped out of my helix piercing from aggressive washing even tho i told her beforehand i have piercings and to please be careful but she still did not consider. lost my $3000 diamond earring while washing my hair. will not take responsibility and tried to blame it on me for both the pain i experienced and the missing earring. no empathy or sympathy given. the girl washing my hair was joel’s assistant. she did not even directly say sorry to me, the one to talk to me when i called them out was the manager. will never be coming back!"
