"These people are consistently 20-25 minutes late however today was the worst they've ever been. Today they discriminated against a visually disabled customer who cannot drive due to being legally blind. Before opening the door he asked to confirm that they were Westwood Taxi and the driver laughed in his face and then tried to kick him out of the car. Disgusting and inhuman. The driver should be ashamed of himself."

"My son was returning from Brazil to JFK this morning without a ride back to NJ. Yesterday I called Westwood Taxi and spoke with Kevin. He said not to worry there will be a car waiting for him. As soon as his plane landed my son got a call from the driver and told him he'll be waiting outside after he cleared customs. Shortly after my son was in the car and on the way to NJ. Westwood Taxi was true to their word and surpassed my expectations. I can't thank them enough for their professional service"

"I don't know since when we do things or do not do things based on comments people make online but to be honest, I was scared to see the negative ones when I needed help last night. The car broke down on the way home at midnight, so my husband had to arrange the toll truck to move the car to our mechanic in Norwood at 2 in the morning. His phone was acting up and I was extremely worried at home. He finally had the toll truck come around 3:00 and he would need a taxi from Norwood to home. After making a lot of phone calls, this place was the only that answered and offered the help. Since I lost the contact with my husband, I really had no idea what time he would be at the mechanic but the driver showed up not only on time, he also waited. By the time my husband came home, it was 4:10.....and he had to get up for work at 7...... I was so relieved and so thankful for his prompt service and rescue. Though it was an exhausted night/morning, my husband was home safe and sound."

"I have been using Westwood Taxi for many years and I have found that for the most part the drivers treat me very well. They load and unload my groceries for me when I go shopping and will go out of their way to lift heavy packages and bring them to my door. As far as punctuality, they do their best to accommodate me within the constraints of the needs of the client before me. I would be at a loss without this local service."

"Our rating is NEGATIVE FIVE STARS..SUPER SUPER POOR; UNRELIABLE, UNPROFESSIONAL, BULL$%&$#ARTIST! My debacle started On Sunday Mar 24, 2013. I called this car service for a pick up at Newark Airport for Monday 3/25@11PM for a flight arriving from New Orleans. This was the first time using this car service; The dispatcher was cordial, efficient; he took down our flight info & address , told us to call the office when we have our luggage to give them the passenger pick up area number for the car to locate us. He said that they will be tracking our flight so the car will be there to pick us up. That night at 10:30PM I get a phone call and its the limo driver alerting us that he is outside at Newark Airport waiting for us; I told him that his dispatcher has the days mixed up. He apologized and said that his dispatcher has made these mix-ups before, but that he will be there on the correct date and time. On Monday, we arrived at Newark Airport earlier at 10:20PM and I called the dispatcher as soon as I was walking toward baggage claim. He again gave me the same instructions. As soon as we were outside the passenger pickup area, I called him again and he told me that my driver, JoJo should be coming shortly. That was at 10:40PM. After calling their office number 5X, JoJo showed up at 11:30PM. The dispatcher kept promising me that he will be along and we waited. We were exasperated, tired and cold waiting for this cab. The driver told us that he was sent to Queens NY at 10:30PM. In our dealings with this cab service, I will say JoJo saved the day! He was courteous, apologetic and a sweetheart. However, our rating for this cab service will be a NEGATIVE FIVE STARS. We will NOT, use this taxi service. They obviously do not care to run a reliable, punctual, efficient service."
