"I didn’t want to have to leave a bad review for this salon so I waited until I had washed and dried my hair before doing so. I cannot believe the chop job that was done on my hair. I asked for long layers and a face frame, simple. My stylist said she’d been cutting hair for 6 years, it seems more like 6 minutes. The layers are harsh, uneven, and the hair is longer in the front than the back. I am horrified. I have to now go somewhere else to see if it can be saved without giving myself a bob cut. Not to mention, the sinks bruised the back of my neck and they don’t take credit cards. EDIT: I reached out to the salon and the owner kindly offered me a refund, as well as fixing it for free. Extra stars for good customer service."
