"I was in there for a pedicure. The owner or manager (I’m not sure) is always very nice. The woman who did my pedicure was rude and actually hurt me. She was rushing me. When she used the foot file I explained to her that it hurt. I’ve had the foot file before and it never hurt me before. I pulled away a few times and she asked me if it hurt and I said yes please don’t do it. She smirked at me like she was enjoying me getting pain from it. I told her I had surgery on my foot a year ago, so just be careful. Then she said confidently, “this foot doesn’t hurt, right?” It was very condescending. It did hurt, but at that point I wanted to get out of there. Then she then huffed me off, and showed me my dead skin from the foot file as if it was a problem for me and her. I told her that I had foot surgery and I haven’t been able to even get out with my chronic pain and foot surgery, so this was my first pedicure in over a year. And it got worse. She had such an attitude and ignored everything that I told her. I normally am so nice and I have a lot of patience. I stayed quiet the entire time. It was very uncomfortable for me. She kept yanking my feet and legs too. Why do I have to go through such a hard time just to get a relaxing pedicure, it’s supposed to be relaxing. She made the chair uncomfortable for me by changing the settings. Never again. I was a loyal customer who came when I could. But I won’t anymore. The fact that I had to explain myself over and over to her really got me really upset. Why am I having to explain myself in the nail salon to the woman that physically hurt me more than once during a pedicure??? It was all so messed up, out of line and horrible customer care. Normally I don’t do Google reviews but this needed to be done. You lost a customer."

"it’s dirty in here. they don’t clean anything, it’s a mess. They stopped working on my nails in the middle of my appointment to work on someone else."

"do not get acrylic nails done here. it has been 3 hours and my real nail is already lifted from the acrylic. i had to tell the woman 3 times that 4 of my nails were not put on correctly and i wanted them fixed since they looked like they were pointing up and quite honestly ugly. she gave me an attitude and who i believe was a manager came to try and fix them but only made it a little bit better. i made an appointment with lynn nobody called me to tell me she wasn’t there. i paid $108 for a set and pedicure and it was a waste of money. extremely disappointed."

"She did an amazing job with my nails, very sweet and detailed. The flower and ombré came out beautiful. Definitely recommend coming here"
