"Rich & his team always pleasant and helpful. Not sure the affiliations or legal structure here as he seems to use another nearby shop for other things (alignments, diagnostics, etc )...to me no issues as job always gets done and pricing is fair. Only issue is he is busy with municipal work too (surrounding town police/fire, etc) so you can rarely get in right away...has to be scheduled... but that is good for him as he is staying busy AND staying in business! Highly recommend Rich/team. Currently using his shop for repairs AND I have used his shop for 4 vehicles now...never had issues we could not work out together! thx!"
