"The lady did a nice job on my hair, but it was not the haircut that I asked for. I showed her the picture 2 or 3 times. I said at the end that it did not look like the picture and she said to just use gel later... I paid for the haircut and gave a $5 tip, but I will not be going back. It would be one thing to have a miscommunication, but I showed a picture and the haircut that I got wasn't even in the right ballpark."
