"Avoid this place at all costs. I am a man and I went in with long hair past the shoulder, I had a picture of a style for a medium length cut to part to the side. I showed the picture and asked a couple of times if we were cool to do that, and then she chopped all of my hair extremely short and the same length and made me look like a pineapple. Photos attached of what was received vs what was asked for, I can't believe a professional would let someone walk out with hair like that, she didn't even try to get the style."
