"Very rude front desk, im not sure if they got comfortable because they have been there for a while? or because they mostly work with minorities but extremely unprofessional. Whoever is managing this place needs to look into their staff, there’s no way there’s this many reviews about front desk and there hasn’t been any change. Doctor also has bad bedside manner, my sister asked him a question regarding her care and he responded with sarcasm? very unprofessional"
"Front desk very rude and does not respect HIPPA privacy law. Expect to wait a minimum of 2-3hours to be seen even if you scheduled an appointment. Does not try to accommodate you at all. I mentioned to front desk that I couldn’t go on a weekday due to a new job couldn’t request days off and my insurance was going to change. She started asking personal questions with sarcasm in front of other patients. Being very inconsiderate of peoples personal circumstances. Very unprofessional."
