"The Dentists and hygienist are great in this dental office I can't complain about them, they did a great job, I am happy about it. My complain is about their billing process. Be aware of it!!! They charge you up front before they bill your insurance, and they don't care if they over charge you. I was there for some services I had with the Dentist and hygienist. Before my appointment I knew how much my insurance covered for service I was getting and what percentage I had to pay. They ended charging more of what I suppose to pay. I tried explaining to the women at the front that they over charge me and if can they reimburse me, they response was that they didn't over charge me and if they did, they will send me a check. It been over a month and I haven't got any check from them. By now is not worth speaking with them again, it would be waste of time, they would end telling again that they did not over charge me. I can't imagine to how many patients they keep overcharging and unfortunately the patients don't even notice for not knowing exactly how their dental insurance works. Shame on this practice for their sketchy billing process. They should pre authorize the services the patients are getting before their appointments so they don't overcharge people. If you're comfortable they overcharging you, this is the place!!"

"I have been seeing Dr Csillag for two years. Unfortunately, he’s had to remove two teeth and has put in two implants. He’s personable and professional. I like that he explains everything as he’s doing it. In addition, he lays out plans for medication and explains what will happen and why. Then he sees you every few weeks to check. I have had terrible experiences before and I’m grateful to have been sent to him. In addition, the office staff is amazing. They are kind and supportive. I had an issue this week and felt badly that I kept having to call and they were amazing. I appreciate them so much and recommend them to anyone who needs!!"
