"I have been going to this salon for 15 years. Every time I had nice service, but this Saturday I had an appointment with Teresa. I brought picture of how I want my hair. I asked her if my hair type will be OK for this style, she said yes. She started cutting. She cut more than I wanted, but I thought, OK, doesn't matter. Then she just blew dried it and said "I can't do the flat iron, I have a lot of people walk in I was understanding cause I thought I will do the flat iron myself at home. She charged me the same amount she charges with flat iron (hmmmm, ok). When I used the flat iron at home I realized my hair was uneven, it was like 2 hairstyles mixed in one, people thought I let my daughter cut my hair. When I went for her to fix it, I thought she will give me free haircut cause it looked so bad, instead, she said she will fix it, but will charge me extra if she washes it. WOW. So she did it with flat iron, fixed it without a wash, then she said she can wash it and style it for extra money, or just wash it for free, but not style, LOL, I have a shower at home Teresa. She is greedy, but she doesn't realize that she is loosing me as a costumer, my daughter, and I have a photo of my haircut that I would show to everyone I recommended to go to her, to never come back there again. You work with people Ms Teresa, when you make a mistake, own it and do it right the second time. Do not be greedy. And yes, I remember the first time I came to your salon, you were talking about me in polish and after I told you I understand polish, you stopped. But I got over that. This experience, no. There are others who would take my money."
