"My first visit to the salon. I have shoulder length fine hair, I was told $35 for a wash & blowout. The head wash was the best I’ve received. I got a regular blowout. Agnes said my hair won’t hold, as I didn’t want hair spray. So she used a hot rod. I asked her to pin up the front 2 strands of hsir. She said it would be half a cost of a updo. I said it’s ok. She billed my $60 for a blowout, without even pinning my hair. It was very wrong, of charging extra $25. It’s a rip off. Very wrong to over charge customers."
