When my car needed brakes I gave them a call the Wednesday before Thanksgiving expecting to make an appointment for sometime the following week. Nope, John said come right in, it’ll probably take 1-2 hours and we can give you a lift home if needed. They looked up rebates online, fully explained the work needed and why, and it was done under 2 hours at a very reasonable price. The next business day they called to check in and even sent a thank you note! They already had an oil change customer for life, but this experience really sealed the deal - I’m going to them for all mechanic services they perform!"
