"I would recommend Fanelli brothers. The customer service was above and beyond. They worked with me to keep the cost of the job down as much as they could. The body work took a longer time than expected because their paint sprayer had broken and took some time to fix, but that is just something that you can't really help. When I got my car back it looked fantastic and also the entire car, inside and out had been thoroughly cleaned. I'm very happy with the whole experience and I would go to them again."

"The state police called a tow for me, and my car got sent here. Insurance gave us options of repair shops that they would cover, so we needed the car to be fixed somewhere else. When insurance called them to tell them, they lied and said that we, the customer, actually wanted the car to stay there. No one ever said that. Eventually, Fanelli bros told my husband that he has to physically go there to sign the release form and we live over an hour away. They had our car in total about 2 weeks, damage not even assessed, and they wouldn't let the new repair shop take our car because "they do better work." They were nasty to the insurance company and the second repair shop, they talked over us on the phone and wouldn't listen, just terrible customer service. 12 days of paying for a rental car with no progress being made to fix our car because it appeared as though they were trying to bully us into using their services, unbelievable."

"I was looking for a trustworthy, VW certified body shop to fix damages to my vehicle. I found the Fanelli Brothers on google maps and gave them a call to inquire about some things. Al was super helpful and kind and made me feel comfortable to trust my vehicle to them for repairs. The drop-off process was quick and easy. Al took a look at the damages and explained to me what would be done and the parts necessary for the repairs. Later that day I was trying to get a rental through Geico. The process was difficult and took about three hours. Al called me to check up on me to see if I had gotten the vehicle, after much back and forth with Geico, to find out that I didn't. He made a quick phone call to a Geico rep and the problem was solved. That was a truly outstanding move and one that I will remember forever as it saved me from having to take an Uber back to NYC where I live. The day I picked up my vehicle I was truly amazed and satisfied of the masterful workmanship. The vehicle looked new and everything was perfect.
