"Two things: brought a used car to them (they did not sell this vehicle to me) for a pre-purchase inspection. They checked it out and said it was in pretty good shape. I don’t expect them to check everything but they never turned on the AC which was part of their checklist. I had run the heat but also neglected to try the AC. That’s on me as well. I had them do some routine work such as oil change, etc. Brought the car back to them soon after I purchased the car when the AC sounded like a wood chipper— they said there was a squirrel nest in the heater box and car had likely been sitting for some time with the prior owner – – they recommended replacing heater box approx $2800. They said the labor involved to clean it out would be in excess of a thousand dollars or more, costly enough it likely made sense to replace the heater box as they couldn’t guarantee proper function from just cleaning. Went to a local repair person who took the time to simply open things up and look and clean out. It took the repair person an hour and a half and cost less than $200."

"Literally worst service ever. I Came with a legitimate problem that should’ve been easily covered under my warranty. They told me they’d have an answer and a repair done in a few hours - they then took over eight days to write it up in a way they could deny the claim. My personal mechanic was horrified at their refusal and explanation that absolves them of their responsibility. I needed to repeatedly request to speak to a manager - it’s now two weeks and this has still not been resolved. Reached out to Nissan North America to intervene. I urge you to use any other Nissan dealership, rather than coming here. Akiva S."

"I scheduled an appointment for service 5 days ago for today at 9:30am. I had my husband and two children drop me off for the appt. They said it might require more time and they’re not open on Sundays so it would be Monday at the latest. I was under the assumption that if it were Monday, it would be because they needed to order parts. They called me at 12:30pm and told me they close at 3 (their hours are apparently until 4) and that they didn’t get a chance to even look at my car. They said I could get it Monday if they get a chance to look at it then. I had my husband bring myself and both my children back to the service center to pick up my car. If you cant handle that many appointments, then don’t take that many. Also, when I signed up, there were probably 15 other available appointments. And when I came to pick up my car, no one even apologized or said anything. They just gave me my keys and said I was “all set.” I didn’t even know where my car was in the lot. I am so incredibly frustrated and disappointed, and I will not be returning to this dealership EVER AGAIN."

"Alfredo was amazing - the vehicle I wanted did not fit my financial needs and be recommended something that was convenient in pricing and even looked BETTER than what I originally wanted. The financing person was awesome too - we were provided special services because the wait was a little long. Very accommodating. Other dealerships usually pressure you into buying a car but I felt relaxed and at ease with my options. Thank you Ramsey Nissan! And thanks to Alfredo again; he deserves a promotion!!!!"
