"Scammer alert: Beware of getting towed by this company and, if possible, avoid parking/shopping at 1010 South Paterson Plaza. This company towed my car on Sunday 1/21/2024 at 2pm from 1010 South Paterson Plaza and charged me $300 (no receipts, no explanation of charges). I called them in less than 10 minutes after they had picked my car and I was told to pay $300 to get my car back. Imagine $300 for a parking violation (less than 10 minutes) even though the plaza clearly mentions 1-hour parking limit with no instructions for consumers regarding parking specification for in-plaza customers only (see attached photo). The charges as mentioned are $195 plus $45 storage fee but they will charge you an additional $60 saying that’s an early pick up fee even though the instructions don’t specify early pick up charges and absolutely no mention of closure on Sundays. They also damage your car in towing. My car is making some unexpected noises now. So if you are ever towed by this company, make sure you check your car before you leave the lot because that maybe an additional $ for the repair."
