"I would give my absolute highest recommendation for Dr. Graham. She is professional, caring and really explains everything as it is going on. As a person who is nervous around doctors, Dr. Graham really puts your mind at ease and takes her time to make sure that you are comfortable. The lovely young women at her front desk are also kind, professional and welcoming. From the first time I called for an appointment (which was an emergency situation) they were caring and understanding. I have already recommended Dr. Graham to 5 other people, and my procedure was only 2 days ago. I can't say enough. The office staff is lovely, the Dr. is amazing, the office is immaculately clean, and the Dental Assistants are phenomenal. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would."

"Omg the Best! I went to several other dds & spent about 7.500$ to be told it was everything from bone loss to my wisdom teeth, btw i don’t even have. Wisdom teeth! I arrived to dr. Graham after weeks in agony , truly at my wits ends! She diagnosed my problem with in 5 min! Was very professional. No other dentist went high enough with the X-ray, if they would have they would have seen I had an infection going into my sinus. Staff friendly & very clean , high technology! And her prices were less than anyone else around the area & she is state of the art. Excellent experience"

"Dr Graham was covering for my dentist this week. Woke up in pain. Accommodated for a same day appointment. Staff was so helpful. Dr Graham was fantastic. I had the first step of root canal and it was completely painless. So thankful for Dr Graham and her staff today!"

"For starters, visited the office for x-rays and was told they would be submitted to my insurance for approval. Dental assistant was nice and attentive, but would have preferred to meet Dr Graham as well. I was advised that I would receive a call to let me know if I'm approved or not. Never got a callback. I followed up with the office after a few weeks to learn that I was indeed approved. Not happy that I had to reach out. Waiting one month for appointment to receive two root canals, one of which was giving me pain furthered my frustration. Usually root canals need emergency treatment, as I explained to receptionist. Staff was not accommodating, to say the least. Arrived for my appointment, a month later. Finally met Dr. Graham when she introduced herself and began the procedure without consult. On top of this, she chose to work on the tooth that I was not experiencing any pain. When I expressed my concerns she said could complete both procedures in one day, but did not plan to. This is unacceptable to me because the cavities are on either side of my mouth and I would not want to bite my tongue as a result of being numb on both sides. Dr Graham was not sympathetic at all. She merely replied, I've been doing this for a long time, so let me know what you want to do, coldly. I advised her that I've been in pain for a month and to wait another month for a second appointment is absurd. I chose to let her finish what she started and make an appointment to come back for the second. Based on the dentist website I was expecting a new innovative root canal therapy. What I got was two massive injections of Novocaine, root removal, and replacement, in other words, pretty routine. Dr. Graham asked her dental assistant to take a post procedure x-ray and walked out of the room after her job was done. She said nothing to me. To make matters worse, when I visited the receptionist desk to make my second appointment, the receptionist told me that Dr Graham no longer accepted my insurance so I would have to go elsewhere for my second root canal. This is the worst dental experience I've ever had! I don't recommend at all."
