"The mechanic I encountered was very rude! He recommended additional services and after already receiving a tab for an overpriced oil change, I was annoyed but agreed to have them done. He then proceeded to completed the oil change WITHOUT fulfilling the recommended services that HE RECOMMENDED in the first place. He was argumentative, rude, and exhibited absolutely no customer service skills. The manager was professional but that type of behavior isn’t acceptable after spending that type of money."
