"The store is big and very well stocked however there’s this employee that always seems to have an attitude and be in such a rush, older mean looking lady with short hair. She’s rude and makes me very uncomfortable. I love ulta but never going back to this location."

She aggressively tried to sell me products I didn’t need or want and when I expressed my disinterest she was upset with me… Completely bizarre behavior. Would never shop at this store again because of that individual."

"Please save your time & your hair. I wanted a wash & blow, when I got there christy advised me to get a silk press instead which I agreed to. She still couldn’t do it , what a disappointment. Absolutely disgusting the type of service they provide in the hair salon.Not only she couldn’t wash my hair properly & I had to remind her to add conditioner I have a 4C type hair. Shocking that ULTA has all them black women products in their store but can’t do black women hair nor which products to use on us .At the end she stated it’s because I book for the wrong service. Does Cosmetology school only teach how to do one type of hair? She has no clue what of what she was doing. The Manager wasn’t much help either. Such a horrible experience!"
