"Anna was very nice, and I feel bad leaving this review, but, she definitely should not have booked this appointment when she obviously does not do many lash lifts. I have gotten many previously, but this was my first time from Skin by Anna. When I left, my lashes were still glued together in clumps, I got in the car and cried because they looked horrible and I thought they were stuck together. I ended up going home and cleaning them more with water and a q tip which got the glue off (not sure why I needed to do this and they weren't properly cleaned before I left), and some of my lashes were seared off.. I went in with very long full lashes and left with gaps and it doesn't even look like I got a lift. I am leaving 3 stars because I don't want to hurt her business and think she probably does a great job with her other services, but I would not recommend going here for a lift."
