"I had visited this establishment twice for a facial and had a great experience in terms of the facial itself. However, when I decided to treat my mom to a facial for her birthday, it didn't go as expected. She mentioned that she did not receive the steaming or extraction, which made me feel terrible, thinking I had booked the wrong service. The situation became even more disheartening when my friend also went there and paid $150 for a face wash and a mask. I believe that a proper facial should include steam to address issues like blackheads and whiteheads. It was disappointing to recommend this place to both my friend and my mother. While this establishment has potential, something seems to be amiss. My friend called to clarify if she had booked the wrong service, but she was indeed correct. The owner mentioned that the esthetician provides treatments on a client basis, but it seemed like she didn't inquire about my friend's specific concerns or troubled areas during the treatment. Overall, this experience was a letdown. I hope the establishment can address these issues and improve their services."
