"Annoyed. I apparently picked a color that was $3 more but no one told me until checkout ... also no signs about some polishes being different prices. Still i said ok and asked to put the tip on my card but the woman helping ne was sort of pissed she had to help me (I think she wanted to watch lunch... fair enough) was on the phone the whole time and ran my card without putting the tip on. Also woman doing my nails burned me w a super heated towel. Overall a pretty stressful experience and I won't be going back"

"DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!! i called and made an appointment to get an acrylic fill in. i get there and they start soaking my nails in acetone. i’m questioning as i just wanted A FILL!!!! they start telling me they can’t do it and to get gel and dip nails which is not what i wanted. they would not do it so i had to left even though they filled off half my nails already. if i could give this place 0 stars i would in a heartbeat, but i can’t so 1 star will do. they con you to come in and will argue with you for 10 minutes to get you to do the service they want even if u called IN ADVANCE to get what you want. i would go to any place other than this. horrible customer service and experience. i’m including a picture of how i had to leave because of the treatment."

"Absolutely disappointed with this place, I used to go here all the time and it’s gone completely downhill. Employees are rude, seem to lack the skills to do a correct manicure- they don’t even use the base layer step of the dip powder, they rush the whole time and the work is below average. I had three nails lift all within 4 days of getting a dip powder manicure, they offered to fix it twice and this was their final “fix”. I understand it is annoying to have a customer come back more than once but if the work was done correctly and with Care the first time, I wouldn’t have had to go back. A little consideration and attention would be nice for the money spent, which was far from cheap for the shoddy service provided. Save yourself the aggravation and go to a different salon."

"Iris Nails did a great job on my pedicure. I called for an appointment on a Sunday and they were able to accommodate me. When I arrived, I was brought to a chair immediately. I was informed about the pricing for my selections. The staff was friendly and the environment was clean. I have sensitive skin and the products did not bother my skin. The staff was very gentle and my cuticles did not bleed which often happens to me. I was there for about an hour in total. The color and paint came out fantastic. The payment is Venmo so it is contactless, which is nice. I will definitely be back :)"

"Had an appointment for an event. They waited until after they started the nails to say they’re overbooked and can only do one color, no design, no French, and couldn’t do my pedicure! But for me to “come back” so they didn’t accommodate my appointment. Since I couldn’t get the basic style I went to get she suggested stones. I clearly saw they weren’t glued and brought it to her attention. Sure enough as soon as I left the stone came off. I had to reglue it with nail glue to get through my event. Then the next day the nails lifted!!! Absolutely unprofessional and they beyond rushed it. They do not know how to book. Even as I sat there they continued to tell people to come in!!!! After they just said they couldn’t do th pedicure I had scheduled for a week!!!"
