"this place is absolutely terrible. my girlfriend went in looking for having beautiful nails for an engagement party. instead she walked out being taken advantage of from a woman who did not know what she was entirely doing. her nails were TOO think. chipped paint. and after cutting her MULTIPLE times and dropping the tool on the floor and reusing it without washing or replacing it.. we went back looking to get it fixed and or a refund. they were oblivious to what happened and acted as though that’s normal. im disgusted by what happened. thank god they didn’t redo her nails. We went to Warwick Nails and spa and they gave her the most understanding and caring experience of her 21 years. we won’t be back and i’d recommend any of you take our advice as to not going back either."
