"Tried to rip me off :/ Response: I have repaired bumpers many times in my life. Typical price to repaint a bumper which is not dented or scratched is around $300 to $500. New bumper online. primed for painting is $300 OEM, and a little more from manufacturer. Your quote for bumper alone was over $800 plus almost $1000 labor. To me it's a blatant rip off attempt."
