Also he kept answering his phone not once but 3 Xs during my appointment. Would step out the office and come back in to finish. Unprofessional at the highest degree."

"Dr.Umansky is hands down the best! I've developed anxiety around going to the dentist but he's been a pleasure ! He takes his time and is gentle so a lot of that anxiety has been relieved. You can tell he loves what he does. I've had to get filings done and he gives ample time for the numbness to kick in before starting which is appreciated. He's very informative and will happily explain the issues to you without judgment and has always answered any questions I've had. Not only his is great, but his assistant is super friendly and helpful!"

"Dr. Prasad at Caring Dental is easily the best dentist I’ve been to, and I have seen quite a few dentists this year for chronic toothache and switching for moving/insurance reasons. I had a fear of going to the dentist (dentophobia) and it feels nonexistent with Dr. Prasad – he was super caring, gentle, informative and took his time. Nothing went into my mouth without consent and I actually felt like I had a say in the treatment unlike other dentists I’ve visited (who for example, commanded I needed an emergency root canal and would cost $$$). Also, the professionalism and friendliness of the whole team is apparent from the first call you make and the visits have been smooth and efficient. I only wish I had switched to them sooner -- I highly recommend to new patients!"
