"An emergency visit was assessed, diagnosis and treatment plan created. Thankfully, I was given anesthetic shot and prescription medications for pain. Will return Monday for root canal, crown or extraction. Dr. Hogan and his staff are the best. Detailed review forthcoming. MONDAYS VISIT Calcified roots require periodontal intervention or extraction tomorrow from different provider then return to this office for crown. Dental cleaning, antibiotics, analgesics, appointments scheduled. Will follow up with Dr's. Weinberg and Hogan as needed.. Excellent analysis, treatment and future plan intact. Staff are wonderful and professional. Thank you."

"Had never been to the office and had to make an appointment after I cracked my tooth was expecting to be turned away, but was pleasantly surprised by how accommodating and super friendly the staff was. As soon as you walk in your greeted with smiles. New and clean office. All the staff was amazing from the xray tech then assistant and the amazing Dr. Zachary. Even though I do not like to visit dentists I’m excited to have found this office to continue my dental treatments."

"I have been going to see Dr. Hogan for my dental care for years, when I first started going he was the only doctor in the practice. Dr. Hogan seemed to be family oriented, professional and I appreciated the service I was receiving. But the past few visits things have changed dramatically and it seems like there isn't much concern for an established patients. He has expanded his office, seeing more new patients and has added more doctors which a good thing but not at the patients expense. The last few times I have gone to Dr. Hogan's office it's always different "front desk members", there is poor communication between the patients and staff. No one is on the same page or knows what's going on. Ive seen staff members call patients on the phone to remind the patient that they are late for their appointment, while the patient had already been checked in and was waiting to be seen. On several occasions I have requested to only see Dr. Hogan and the front desk staff has told me okay. But once I received confirmation emails/text it would be a completely different doctor. And I would asked the staff about it and they would tell me, don't worry about it, I will still be seeing Dr. Hogan. ( And they send a lot of confirmation texts/emails/calls after you confirm appointment).On another other occasion, I was scheduled to see Dr. Hogan and a completely different doctor I had never seen, been introduced to or met came into the room to tell me about a procedure I needed that they were going to perform. And I refused to see that Doctor and the staff said "Dr. Hogan can squeeze me in". How can I be "squeezed in" for an appointment that was already suppose to have?! I asked the staff many times to put in my notes that I only wanted to see Dr. Hogan and yet they still put me with other doctors without my permission.I don't know if its just the staff or if Dr. Hogan is also okay with the policy to put patients wherever but its bizarre. I shouldn't have to keep asking the staff for a specific doctor and still not receive a direct appointment with that particular doctor. It's not appropriate or courteous to book patient appointments with a certain doctor only to bate and switch the patient once they show up to their scheduled appointment with whatever doctor is new/available or you see fit. I have been going here for years and felt really comfortable but the patient service has not felt like a priority and it's gone down. It's completely unprofessional to randomly put patients with other doctors without asking the patient acknowledgment. Patients have the right to see whichever doctor they choose. And it would be nice to have the same doctor complete the work they started on a patient. If you no longer want to see a particular patient or no longer have the time for their needs, you should have the respect and decency to talk to that patient in person and let them know. And then the patient can decide if they want to continue their services at your practice or not. I understand a lot of doctors are trying to build their brand/business and it's all about the money but this isn't the way to go about it."
