"I had such a great experience here the other day. Brian was extremely kind when I pulled in (without an appointment) with my cover hanging off the bottom of my car. Turns out the Jiffy Lube in Franklin Lakes did not reinstall it properly when I got my oil change there. Brian (mechanic) could have turned me away to go back to them but instead priorities me, fixed the issue after putting my car on the lift AT NO CHARGE. The gas attendant went out of his way to grab me a chair while I waited. This is what great care looks like. I will only be going to this shop moving forward!"
