"Sad to write this review. I hired a stretch limo for a hockey game. The limo transported us to the game (and we were very happy with the service), however the limo broke down at the arena and a Cadillac transported us home. I paid a much higher price for a stretch limo and was refused a discount for the Cadillac by which transported us home. So, if you hire this company I would have them put in writing that if the vehicle by which you are paying for breaks down and you have less of a vehicle service you that you will receive a refund or a discount."

"It is really a disappointment when you travel for the first time to NY and expect to have a good experience. We asked for a proposal for a round trip from EWR to downtown Manhattan and we were given a door to door price.We got an up charge of $50 more with the excuse that we paid with credit card and the tolls needed to be paid. (This was made clear AFTER I was charged and talked to manager Wade) To my understanding door to door should include all expenses. WE WILL NOT RECOMMEND this company unless you are prepared to pay for additional expenses that you will never know until it is charged to your credit card. It is a shame because their driver’s gave us a great service. We definitely won’t use them again."

"Our driver was great and timely. However, when booking with this company for a pick up at Newark airport they told me one price and then charged me another amount for a “late night” fee that was not mentioned. I wish they were up front with me initially."

"Very professional drivers, punctual and it really makes your air trip easier. This is not the cheapest service, but remember the saying "you get what you pay for". In this case is a bit above average but you gain tranquility, clean car, nice driver and a company that thinks in how making your trip more pleasant. Highly recommended."
