They are efficient with communication in regard to updates on the repairs for the camper and when it was ready. I will continue to use them for all my camper repairs and maintenance."

"SERVICE CENTER: The employee Michaela is kind and communicative, but that doesn’t make up for the poor work the techs did. I had 3 major service needs; dinette, bedroom window, and dinette large window. Dinette is completed with some reinforcement. The bedroom window leaks still slightly but better than before. Lastly the dinette window had a slight drip I asked to have repaired. The tech decided it should be replaced, after waiting a month and a half for “parts to come in” the “new window” leaks horribly now. The window has dents and dings in it - clearly not new. Michaela at the front desk with another man (not sure of his name) reassured me the window is new, it had the head tech’s approval, he explained to me how the the window was installed and yet, it is now leaking with 90% more water than it initially had. Also, the slide is completely uncentered. Do not waist your time or energy. If you are full time, you will be disappointed and maybe even put yourself in quite a pickle, like me."
