"My son started an Invisalign treatment in another country, but we moved to the US and my Orthodontist told me my Invisalign treatment could be transferred to another Orthodontist in the US, I went with Dr Banasiak and he told me I would have to pay the treatment again since he wanted to start it over, a total scam! My Orthodontist in the other country told me my treatment was totally paid and every changes my son needs are covered for 5 years, so he just wanted to make me pay 3300 USD again, be careful with this "ethical" Orthodontist as he only wants to make money and have another star with Invisalign"

"I highly recommend Dr Banasiak for any and all orthodontic work! He did both of my children’s braces and my own. We are all very pleased! He’s good with difficult and more complex issues regarding teeth alignment issues. He is extremely knowledgeable on how to repair the issues without the invasiveness of surgery. The office staff is also very knowledgeable and friendly!! Def best in the area!"

"Dr. Banasiak himself is a professional and a well qualified doctor! However, dealing his admin staff is a nightmare! They are totally controlling the show, the billing and the appointments! They have his ears and he does not receive any calls regarding any problems with his practice. Alternatively, they might be intentionally keeping him out of the loop! If you decide to have Dr. Banasiak as your Orthodontist, you have to know you will treading on very thin water because of his staff! We had a very hard time dealing with them for two years which ended on a very negative note. We are going with our case to the Business Bureau because they are billing us for services we did not order, they do not want to acknowledge the mistake and he still would not take the call!"

"Dr. Banasiak and his team are the best. I have been going to his office as an adult for braces over the past year. They are efficient, prompt, professional but most important, kind. The new office in Basking Ridge is beautiful. It is a stressful time in the world but this team keeps their cool and sense of humor even under intense pressure. "Dr. B and his staff are awesome! My daughter had her braces removed recently and her teeth look absolutely beautiful. Her smile and alignment are exactly what we covered during our initial visit roughly 18 months ago. Dr. B and his staff were able to provide the retainers the same day which makes life easier for the parents. The level of service we received from the entire staff, in Basking Ridge as well as Chester, has been fantastic. Team is highly knowledge with billing/technical questions and were very flexible/accommodating when we were booking follow up appointment(s). This has been a memorable experience, I would highly recommend Dr. B to friends and family."
