"Nice dentist but the front desk receptionist is the rudest person ever. Gave me a referral to a specialist, I called the specialist, they said they were out of network and would be. Liked as a ppo so I mentioned this to the receptionist and she got loud and basically called me a liar. “They do take the insurance, I refer people there all that time” with the worse attitude. They DON’T. And for her to get loud like that over her mistake is so unprofessional. Going to switch dentists because I will not be paying somewhere that treats their patients like this. Too bad because the actually dentist and assistants are so nice. Ps this isn’t my real name obviously before they reply that we don’t have a patient under this name."

She took the time to speak in detail about various oral differences I had noticed during my lifetime but that no dentist before had ever taking the time to address or explain to me.
