"very unprofessional and disappointed, 5 days late on my bumper wrap and used way to much wrap when asked not to bc "a knife was dropped on the bumper and it messed it up" which is just bs for more time and when asked for my "wrap/money" back i was cussed out and told "pull up" by the said to be manger"

"2018-2019 My mother's controller arm, sway bar (maybe) and ball joint broke. They quoted her $7000+ to fix it when the parts alone are less than $800. (With mark up) They harassed my mom and told her to tell me to delete the review, which I said no to because that's an outrageous charge for labor and mark up on parts. 2020 My Father goes in for a simple check up and TPMS problem. The mechanic said he found the one that's bad and all he has to do is just run the machine and change the sensor. They charged him $90 just for using the machine to sync it to the truck then putting the tire on the wheel..... Come to find out the light turns back on meaning it wasn't that sensor. Don't trust these guys with repairs, even though I see them everyday."

"I went to different places regarding issues with my car, the first place told me I needed new brake pads, the 2nd place stated I had suspension problems, but wasn’t specific about it, finally I go here and the owner did a full diagnostic and showed me all that is wrong with my car, something the other places didn’t do.
