"I visit Vineland once in a while to see the step kids and we decided to go to IOP at Landis near the Ramada Inn. Our server was Joey, he was amazing! Can we talk attentative, personable and really made sure we were pleased with our orders. These are the kind of people every restaurant should have, he didn't skip a beat oh and the food was good too!"
"I tried to get a table for me and my friend but the hostess/manager Meridith said that she couldn't seat me until my friend arrived. My friend had tentatively said that he would come down so I wasn't 100% positive that he was going to be there. I told her this and asked if she could just seat me as 1 person but she still refused since I had mentioned that someone else MIGHT show up. Luckily, after arguing with her for a while my friend arrived. While we were being seated, another waitress, Nicki, who had overheard the conversation piped in and said "if anyone else sits with you after you've been seated then they won't be served". Wow, what great customer service! At this point we didn't know who the manager was and when we asked our server they said that Meridith (the one who wouldn't seat me alone) was. We made a comment "Well I guess we're out of luck" and again Nicki piped in from across the room and said provokingly "Pretty much". Worst customer service I've had as long as I can remember. Would rate even lower than 1 star if I could. Meredith and Nicki are destroying this establishments reputation 1 insult at a time."
"Went twice in one week with my husband. The food never disappoints and the service is always great! The avocado toast is absolutely delicious I will get this everytime!"
"Food was fine. I asked employee for straws and they never brought them. Our server was nice but when we were clearly done eating with our empty plates stacked at the edge of the table, she just kept walking by for 10-15 minutes without bringing the check while my 1 year old was clearly having a meltdown and ready to leave."
"Pancakes were cold sausage was very cold table was dirty and sticky this was not at a busy time. Management is seriously slacking 2 of us ate bill was just over 40. Not worth 20. I'd like a partial refund... ."
