"I am so impressed with Chuckies. I live in Georgia, and I order two pairs of Manolo Blahnik‘s off of the far-fetched website. I wasn’t certain of what size I would need so I ordered two sizes to be certain that I got the correct size. Chuckies sent my order, and I received it in 48 hours. I sent back the pair that did not fit, and it was received by Chuckies within two days and refunded the same day. They’re absolutely wonderful to work with. I will be doing more shopping with Chuck. He’s in the future once I have relocated to my new state."

"Bought a Ferragamo belt and it started to peel after few times of wearing. Real Ferragamo belts don't peel. I brought it back to the store the wouldn't send it back or give me a receipt so I can go to a real Ferragamo store an get a new one"

"I was greatly disappointed when I visited Chuckies on Father’s Day fully prepared to make several purchases for my family.The gentleman at the door greeted us upon entry and we returned his greeting. There were several sales people who never greeted us or asked us if we needed assistance. They continued to follow us around the store which made us very uncomfortable. I never experienced this before because I know the owner and he usually had a very friendly demeanor so I was understandably taken aback by the behavior of the sales people.I said to myself I will return to speak to the manager or the owner regarding this because clearly behavior like this is unacceptable and quite frankly can literally ruin your business.I’ve never been so poorly treated at an establishment and I was extremely disappointed by the lack of customer service and the downright rude staff. They literally stared at us and looked at us up and down until we finally decided it was too much and we simply left. If this was their objective all I can say is mission accomplished but this is no way to do business. It’s a shame since I’ve spent thousands of dollars in this establishment over the years. If the owner reads this I would hope he resolves this issue immediately.The only reason this store gets one star is because google only allows a rating of one star."

"What a nice store for high end fashion. Walked in and was approached by the manager. Told him what I was looking to buy, he took the time to explain what I might want to try on. Tried on many pairs of shoes and ended up taking 3 pairs and picked out a belt as well that he recommended. I love the place and will return for more goodies. If you have the funds this place is a must go!"
