"DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE, SOME OF THE SHOES THAT THEY SELL HAVE ALREADY BEEN USED!!! We bought a pair of shoes for our son which got completely deteriorated after being worn ONLY TWICE. The store management refused to make an exchange or return the money to us, and were firm in their decision. They made us come back time and time again to then just tell us that they 'were sorry' and that nothing could be done."

"Only problem is the return policy. I bought these boots and only wore them for like half hour and got a blister behind my ankle. I go back the next day to exchange not refund...they say they cant take it back because the bottom isnt new anymore. I literally only had them on for 30 minutes! Ain't my fault its cheaply made. And I dont drag my feet. So now I'm stuck with $70 dollar boots that hurt my foot."
