"It’s a shame I have to even give one star. I would give negative star if I could. Daniel is the rudest person I have ever encountered in retail. If you don’t know how to provide customer service and answer questions about items then you should get a job out of retail. I asked a question about whether a sneaker would be in stock and his response was “I answered you and if you ask me again I won’t sell you anything.” That is rude af. Both me and my friend were going to purchase sneakers and we walked out bc I will not hand over my money so someone so disrespectful. I will never purchase from extra butter again on gp."

"But really what I expected... Drove over an hour with traffic to find what I wanted wasn't in store... I tried calling to avoid a trip but no one picked in either location nor did they speak when someone actually picked up in the LIC location. Please take into consideration picking up the phone or if you don't have a direct number please have a means to communicate with the customer. Also when I tried emailing the store it took about a week to get a reply back.."
