"A sales associate was extremely rude to me and my 6 year old niece. My niece accidentally dropped a box of fake nails, and the sales associate was quick to say, "Be careful with the merchandise." Now it's not so much what she said, but how she said it. She had a really big attitude about it and I didn't say anything. I hate causing drama, but then my niece said, "It wasn't my fault." My niece responded in a very soft and sad response because she thought she did something wrong. (It was an accident, she did not mean to do that.) Again, the sales associate responded with an attitude "didn't say it was your fault." I was speechless. I've never gone somewhere and had an adult be so rude to my niece before. By the way, this happened around 8 pm yesterday. She was a young adult. Unfortunately, I did not get her name."

"I was very pleased with the excellent service that I received today at the Fabco Store located at 3159 Steinway Street in Astoria, Queens! I was warmly welcomed by Assistant Claribel as I came in and she kindly informed me of the 50% off special when one purchases a 2nd pair of shoes. As soon as I inquired where their high-heel shoes were located, Claribel kindly led me to that specific location and, upon inquiring my shoe size, brought me directly to that specific area. Thanks to the highly efficient and courteous assistance that Claribel provided, I was able to quickly get the exact pair of shoes that I was looking for! As Claribel also works at the cash register and is also an experienced cashier, she quickly handled my purchase. Last but not least, Claribel also informed me that if I was to visit their nearby Fabco store also located on Steinway Street at #3095 and found another pair of shoes that I liked there, the 50% off could be applied there as well. I thanked Claribel for letting me know this detail and for the superb service and assistance that she provided all around!"
