"Bought a $250 pair of winter boots from them last November. The stitches on one of them started to break down in February and they said they would repair them. I traveled and the weather warmed up so I totally forgot to drop them off! Fast forward this October I go to the store and they tell me it’s too late they won’t fix them. Honestly I would expect a local shop like this one to provide some type of customer service when the product they sell is defective. A $250 winter boot should last more than one season. Instead of paying premium to buy directly from local shops I say go shop online you’ll get the exact same quality of product and customer service for a lower price"
