"Had a problem with a online order so I was instructed to go to any Foot Action to resolve the problem. Xavier (the store manager) was extremely helpful. He resolved my issue (quickly), explained the reason why it may have happen & was apologetic on behalf of the company. He turned a unpleasant experience around."

"Wish I can give zero stars, it only takes one bad experience to turn you off from a business forever. I waited on line outside, in the cold rain, for over an hour from 8:45am-10am for the drop of the Bred 4s. Two male staff members inside seeing the line form and did not interact with us until 10am, when I was told the store opened at 9am. I confirmed with a staff member (did not get his name, but he is always at this store, might be management. Latino, short curly hair, average height, always seems to wearing shorts and tees that don’t fit him) the previous day that this was the instructions for the raffle. He never specified the instructions of the raffle through the app, and did not specify that the raffle only lasted Sunday-Thursday (I went into the store on Friday, why wouldn’t he tell me how to apply for the raffle/reservation, or inform me it was already closed?! Just said they open at 9 and it’s a raffle selection). He really lied to my face saying he told me these instructions the previous day, which he absolute did not. Refused to give me his name and store number. Locked everyone out who did not have the pre-assigned raffle and told us to come back at 3pm for the second round (but told me the raffle was over and I couldn’t make a reservation. I experienced the same treatment when the Concords dropped a few months ago, and waited in the store for hours just for them to say they don’t have any more). In my experiences here, I’ve found they MUST train or even replace current staff with more competent individuals who know how to accurately convey important information regarding store operations. They do not embody good customer service at all, they either ignore you or all over you in the store to buy something ASAP. When you request sizes they take forever even when they are not busy. See staff on their phones and just chatting near the register. They need to learn how to have a more fluid and efficient process of assisting customers, both in the store and over the phone. I’d rather deal with Fordham mayhem than deal with staff who don’t know how to talk to people properly."

"Poor customer service. I support my local stores rather than order on line. I found what I wanted, and could have walked out with 3 pair of sneakers. The store was empty, one employee on the phone the other ones like they didn't care. Don't they have to pay the store rent or get paid? I guess I'll get my order on line."

"They were incredibly rude and took comments personal. I simply asked if I could get a cleaner pair of sneakers cause the ones I received were old and disgusting it was partially my fault for not walking out as soon as I saw how unprofessional the cashier and the sales person were. Wish I would have asked for their name another mistake DISGUSTING!!!! Some advice don't buy sneakers from here there is another shop down the block with way better service a sweet Chinese man :) Hope this was helpful...."
